EX50, in association with Management Today and CIPD’s People Management, is a list of individuals who are driving outstanding employee experience in their organisations or actively working to prioritise and transform it.
Baljinder is the only leader from a housing association to receive a spot on the list and is in the company of HR professionals from Unilever, John Lewis and L’Oreal.
Baljinder added: “We’ve made record investments in developing our colleagues and developed a competitive reward and benefits package to ensure we attract and retain the right people. As well as that, we’ve taken the time to speak to colleagues about the future and how they would like our workplace to improve. These conversations have shaped our new smarter ways of working and led to us investing in the tools our colleagues need to not only do a better job for our customers, but also in the most efficient way for them.”
The organisation also ranked 24th in the Inclusive Companies Top 50 employers listing, maintained its 80% staff engagement score for the second year running and was among the first organisations to proactively publish an ethnicity pay gap report in 2022.
