Housing association leader recognised as top 50 employee experience champion

EX50, in association with Management Today and CIPD’s People Management, is a list of individuals who are driving outstanding employee experience in their organisations or actively working to prioritise and transform it.

Baljinder is the only leader from a housing association to receive a spot on the list and is in the company of HR professionals from Unilever, John Lewis and L’Oreal.

The organisation also ranked 24^th in the Inclusive Companies Top 50 employers listing, maintained its 80% staff engagement score for the second year running and was among the first organisations to proactively publish an ethnicity pay gap report in 2022.
