We’re delighted to have secured a two-star accreditation from employee engagement specialist Best Companies, recognising the pride we take in being a great place to work.
A Best Companies two-star accreditation is the second-highest standard of workplace engagement and is awarded to organisations that demonstrate an ‘outstanding’ commitment to their workforce.
As well as continuing to provide high quality, affordable homes and our excellent standard of service, we have been working closely with colleagues to make improvements to our workplace. The introduction of new Colleague Champions will allow for the employee voice to be even more present when decisions are made by the organisation.
Following feedback from our colleagues, we have created dedicated career development programmes for both Black and Female colleagues, as well as funded development plans for over 100 colleagues.
