Midland Heart development makes shortlist for industry award
Our Development team have been shortlisted for an award at this year’s Midlands Residential Property Awards.

Our new development on Kings Road, Kings Heath made the top four in the Social Housing category.
The development, in partnership with Countryside and Homes England, will see 32 social rented and 15 shared ownership homes brought to the area.
The Social Housing category recognises social housing developments which have created social and economic benefit to the region, so we’re really proud to have been shortlisted.
Kings Road is a fantastic development that showcases Midland Heart’s dedication to continue to build much-need affordable housing across the region, even in challenging times.

The awards, now in their sixth year, received a record number of entries this year, with 77 submissions from 46 organisations. Winners of this year’s awards will be announced on Thursday 22 July in Birmingham.
