New partnership will deliver over 3,500 new affordable homes across the Midlands
Together with emh, we've had a joint partnership bid approved by Homes England.

Midlands-based social housing providers Midland Heart and emh, along with their delivery partner Futures Housing Group, have had a joint £171.7m development bid approved by Homes England, which will see them deliver 3,551 new affordable homes together over the next five years.
The housing associations, who currently provide over 50,000 affordable homes across the region, have joined forces for the first time to secure this funding for the Midlands.
Under this programme, the government’s homebuilding agency Homes England is committing almost £5.2bn in grant funding to 31 strategic partnerships with 35 organisations.
The Midlands desperately needs more affordable homes and our new partnership will support us to deliver as many as possible over the next five years. We’re delighted to have been successful in our bid and look forward to working even more closely with emh.
